Café Funzl opened this summer at Borschkegasse 1, filling a gap in the 9th that's been quietly obvious for years. The neighbourhood has galleries, small shops, and people who actually live there — but almost nowhere to sit for a proper coffee and a croissant without walking into a corporate slot.
